Barea Considering Spain if Lockout Persists

JJ Barea said that he may consider signing with a Spanish League team if the lockout continues.

"I guess my plan B would be Spain," Barea said, "But I hope that does not happen."
Out of all the free agents, Barea is definitly a top priority for Cuban to focus on. His reserve role is great aid to Dallas' shooters and his speed and ease to get to the basket is something that is treasured and should not be lost.

On the other hand, after a great post-season run, it is likely that Barea will get offers from several teams that want him.

If the lockout does end, and the Mavericks don't resign him, Barea mentioned that he'd be willing to sign with the Lakers, Knicks, or Heat. He also said that the Kings had their eye on him.
